Busy, busy weekend! On Friday Jerry, Kinzi and I went to visit the Eastern WA University campus and talk with the basketball folks. What a great day. We were totally impressed by the cozy atmosphere of the school. The coaching staff was super - we got a grand tour of the campus and the athletic facilities. they answered lots of questions for us and we felt very welcome there. Don't know where Kinzi will decide to go, but I bet this will be right up there in the top running. We really appreciated their time with us - I'm sure we came across as dodos from Po-dunkville! On Saturday the boys went to the UW vs. OU game in Seattle. they had a blast! they game was a blow-out and I'm sure it would have been a little more exciting if it had been closer, but it was a great day for them. Zach went all in purple and yellow for the Huskies, and Jerry was all decked out in crimson for the Sooners. Those are Jerry's 2 favorite teams. Kinzi had a volleyball tourney at the SunDome. There were 32 teams there, and it was volleyball all day. Our girls won tournament - Go Hounds! Kinzi played awesome. The whole team played very well and had a great day. The picture of Kinzi with Brent and Ty is from Kamiakin, and the other 2 are from the Sundome yesterday. It let me send more than one so I'll just keep sending more!
